Refund Policy

Our General Position

Due to the digital nature of our interactive curriculum, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. VertexMath offers a free tier that gives access to a meaningful portion of our platform — real lessons, practice problems, and core features — before any purchase is required, so that users can fully experience the platform at no cost before deciding to upgrade.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

• The Free Tier lets you explore the platform, test the content quality, and decide if VertexMath is right for you — without spending anything.
• Paid plans (Practice Pass, Mastery Pass, and Live Cohort) are upgrades to content and services you have already had the opportunity to preview.
• Digital content and platform access are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned."

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unusual situations arise. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in circumstances such as:

• A verified technical failure on our end that prevented access for an extended period
• Duplicate charges resulting from a billing error
• Other circumstances we consider genuinely exceptional

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by emailing contact@vertexmath.ca with the subject line "Refund Request," your account email, and your order details.

Live Cohort

Your first Live Cohort session is free. If you are unsatisfied after attending your first session and have not yet participated in any further sessions, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of that first session.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are committed to resolving issues fairly.
